I'm gonna be a (bass) guitar hero...for real!!!

We have a music class in school that is way  more inspiring than the ones I've suffered through in the past, so because we have such a good group but not many people that play an instrument I decided to make my life-long dream come true and start playing something. And the basics of bass playing are (supposedly) easier than other instruments. And I just love  the sound. Plus we have a 5-string at home so I can have extra practice. Yes, I wanna play a 5-string, if only because with a quick glance I didn't see a 4-string anywhere in the classroom. But who cares?
       Ooooohhhh! I forgot to mention that we are playing some Disney songs. Well, at least that's the plan. They sound pretty retarded but it could be worse. The other girls have so much enthusiasm some of it infects me as well. Now if someone would lend me some money for a taste of chaos ticket... :D

Okay, it's been a while. I just started my way through high school and so far I'm loving it. The classes I have now are very  interesting, the school buildings are old and gorgeous and the people are just a blast to hang out with. And I didn't get lost once! The only downside I can think of is that school starts at 8 AM so I have to leave home by 7.15. Going by bike would be way more fun if it wasn't so hot all the time. Thank you Earth for the global warming.

Anyhoo, Puistotapahtuma is tomorrow, so I'm going to Helsinki with Okki. Good luck with that! In November there is going to be another trip to the Capital for me, Taste Of Chaos starring Disturbed, Papa Roach, Buckcherry and Halestorm. Seriously, I've been waiting for Papa Roach to come to Finland for years so I'm just not gonna miss it!

Enough talking, I have things to do, places to be etc so until next time.
